Delete your Plenum account
Plenum: Airgun Tuning Log, by EX Corporation Oy. You can delete your account in the app, or ask us to delete it for you.
In the app (immediate)
- Open Plenum and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Confirm who you are with Google (on Android) or Apple (on iPhone).
The account is erased from our server straight away.
Without the app (by email)
- Email info@exc.fi with the subject "Delete my Plenum account".
- Send it from the email address you signed in with, or tell us which sign-in you used (Google or Apple) so we can find the account.
We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: your sign-in identity, name and email address.
- Every cloud backup of your Plenum data.
- Every shot string you contributed to the shared record.
- The app's access to your Google or Apple sign-in is revoked.
What is kept
- Everything on your phone. Your rack, tunes and strings stay on the device until you delete the app or its data.
- Server backups: copies in our server backups expire on their own within 35 days of deletion and are not used in the meantime.
